Companies should redefine their incentive
programs to avoid misunderstanding and disappointments. Majority think that bonuses
help produce better work from people. In reality, rewards and incentives affect
quality of work very minimally. Its
effect is only at the beginning. Then count the days and everything else will
be normal and most employees can’t wait for the next rewards period to come
while whining about how underpaid they are. Rewards should be redefined from something
given for a job well done to an incentive that goes with the freedom to do the
work that people like. That is assuming
that the work and the environment that the employees are in are decent and just
right. If not, then no rewards or incentives can make them stay and satisfied.
salary is important than incentive... yun ang basic same with need mo ng pagkain kaysa panonood ng sine.
I agree.
